Take a Hot Shower

Prepare the Kese
Do not use shampoo or shower gel before scrubbing. Also, avoid contact between the kese and soap or shampoo. Simply rinse the kese with warm water before use.
Step 3:

- After rinsing off the soap, begin scrubbing your body with the kese.
