Hammam Ritual at Home — Step by Step
Warm up (5–10 min): Take a warm shower or bath until the skin feels “plumped.” Steam helps soften buildup.
Activate the glove: Wet it and gently squeeze; no soap during the polishing pass to keep mechanical grip.
Polish the body: Use long, controlled strokes with light–moderate pressure (arms → torso → legs). For stubborn areas, use thicker texture but keep pressure gentle.
Face last: Switch to your silk face mitt. Slow, feather-light circles on cheeks/forehead/neck. Avoid active breakouts or broken skin.
Back area: Use a silk strap for even coverage across shoulders and spine.
Rinse & finish: Rinse with cool water, pat dry, then apply a fragrance-free moisturizer or body oil to seal hydration.
