WARRANTY AND RETURN CONDITIONS

At Feel Fine, we are committed to providing high-quality hygiene and personal care products. Due to the nature of these items, we have specific warranty and return conditions that align with health and safety regulations, both globally and within Turkish consumer law.

1. Warranty Information

1.1 Product Quality:

We guarantee that all our products are of merchantable quality and free from manufacturing defects at the time of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

1.2 Warranty Period:

The warranty period for our products is 3 – 15 days from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

1.3 What is Covered:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Damaged products received due to shipping (if reported immediately upon receipt)

1.4 What is NOT Covered:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents
  • Damage from improper storage or handling
  • Issues arising from failure to follow usage instructions
  • Products with opened or damaged packaging due to hygiene reasons

2. Return Policy

2.1 General Policy:

Due to strict hygiene and safety standards, and in compliance with global and Turkish regulations concerning personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our products once the packaging has been opened, used, or compromised in any way. This is to protect the health and safety of all our customers and to ensure that we meet international health and safety standards.

2.2 Exceptions for Returns:

While our general policy is no returns, we will gladly accept returns if:

  • Manufacturing Defect: If you receive a product with a clear manufacturing defect that is not due to misuse or mishandling (see section 1.3 & 1.4), you can contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will assess the situation, and if a defect is confirmed, we will offer a replacement of the same product (subject to availability).
  • Damaged in Transit: If your product arrived damaged due to shipping, please do not accept the delivery, take a photo of the damage, and contact us immediately, so we can take up with the courier company. Once confirmed we can either send you a replacement or provide a full refund.

2.3 Conditions for Accepted Returns (for Defective Products):

  • To qualify for a return under the exceptions above, you must contact us within the specified time frame (as stated above) from the date you received your order.
  • The product, if any, must be returned with all its original packaging, accessories, and in the state it was received. It must include the purchase receipt and order number.
  • The original packaging must be unopened and in resalable condition.
  • The defective products should not have been tampered with or exposed to improper conditions that could affect their original condition.

2.4 How to Initiate a Return (for Exceptions):

  2. Provide your order number, the product’s name, and a clear description/photograph of the defect or damage.
  3. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the product.
  4. Once the product is received, we will inspect it.
  5. If the return is approved (based on the defined exceptions above), we will send a replacement (subject to stock) or process a full refund.

2.5 Return Shipping:

For approved returns, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or instructions for return shipping.

3. Compliance with Laws

Our warranty and return policy adheres to the following regulations:

  • Turkish Consumer Law (Law No. 6502): This policy respects the consumer rights and the regulations regarding the sale of goods and services. In the event of a conflict between this agreement and the Consumer Protection Law, the Consumer Protection Law will be applied.
  • Global Hygiene Standards: We comply with international standards and best practices for hygiene and personal care products.
  • Distance Selling Regulations: This policy is designed to be compliant with distance selling regulations as well.

www.feelfine.com.tr reserves the right to modify or change the terms of this warranty and return policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website. This policy is governed by the laws of Türkiye.
